Microsoft Office 2016 is the latest version of the industry standard productivity suite used in homes, schools and offices around the world. The package contains a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation maker and email client. These are titled Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook respectively. The suite can be installed on a computer to run independently or used through the cloud with the Office 365 subscription service. Office 2016 uses the same flat appearance and ribbon interface as previous versions. Most of the new features involve being able to use cloud-based files directly and live collaborative tools when editing documents. Office 2016 does not change things much when compared to the last version of the suite.
